Payment Policy

To ensure lessons are conducted smoothly and fairly, please review the following policies:

Payment

• Payment is required in advance to secure your booking.

• All payments are processed via Stripe.

• Lesson packages (5 or 10 lessons) must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

• Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

• In the rare event that I need to cancel a lesson, you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled session.

Packages

• Lesson packages are non-refundable once they have commenced.
